•Identified the Strength / Weakness /Opportunities &
Treads of the both company & employees
•Allocate some reasonable targets to the employees.
•Increases the employee wages / Increments &
Incentives at the part of the employee profile.
•Encourage to improve their intellectual skills & let them know the
reasons & benefits that they were
qualified.
•All time do some appreciations what employees target
achievements & make them awarded.
•Make up your mind to switch to a plan “B” option when
the Plan “A” has failed, & while comforting
with each failure.
•Always run a training sessions regarding the relevant
sector for each employees & share the experience
their superiors always.
•Arrange some employee engagement activities at least
once a months & do the employee awards once
a year.

The bank should work to correct this kind of problem, because the lower level employees are the main work force for the company, if they are not satisfied with the company, they will left the company. Therefore, the company should seek treatments to correct the displeasure faced by the employees.

satisfaction is, they are comfort in their jobs , are they like their job
roles. Their wages are sufficient to cover their needs, employees growth &
the company is growing from their activities. Employee satisfaction can also be
based on the impact of an individual's work experience or the quality of their
work life.
Employee satisfaction, well-being, job stress, job control, job quality etc. can be well understood in terms of its relationship with some important elements. Employee satisfaction is based on how the organization look after them, reverberate effective employee satisfaction for individuals. From the sentimental feeling they have about their job.
More job satisfaction effectively leads to improved company productivity, reduced skill migration, and reduced job stress in modern organizations. Job satisfaction creates a positive atmosphere in the workplace and is essential to ensure high profit turnover for the organization.
